Why it is important to market yourself?

Absolutely, marketing ourselves is becoming  a common sense . More people and less place for work lead to the serious phenomenon—unemployment. We want to draw more attention to companies, so we have to figure out their preferences. Every company want smart and  efficient worker. If we don't have enough confidence for our skills or knowledge, we need to marketing ourselves and look like we are the best. Although we are able to do perfect, we need to let them know it.

How can you build your brand online?

For this question, I think,  first,we need to join the communities which we can benefit from.
Then we'd better pay attention to the famous people in our career. Communication is important when we become a member of one community.
